PROGRAMS
integrity-fit
Our most common group class type that offers strength, conditioning, HIIT, functional movements, core strengthening and other accessory exercises.
Row & Flow
As a wonderful complimentary class to our IntegrityFit class, this fun and sweaty cardio / endurance – based class is designed to help you increase your conditioning, endurance, and cardiovascular health. It is centered around rowing, running, biking and skiing. This class will also use other barbell-less movements and core strengthening exercises, such as carries, holds and sled pushes / pulls.
Buns & Guns
A 75-minute class designed to focus on toning and strengthening the glutes, arms and core. This class consists of various accessory movements, unilateral movements, which help with strengthening the small / supporting muscles and tendons, and in turn, will help with injury prevention.
Weightlifting
This class mainly focuses on, but not limited to, the general and specific technique, mechanic and form of the snatch and clean and jerk.
Personal training
One hour of 1-on-1 personalize training. This is for beginners, or anyone who wants to work on getting better at any movement/exercise, skill and/or weightlifting.
